At BE KIND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days from the date you receive the consignment.

The products must be returned undamaged. Items returned that show signs of use, scratches, or other damage will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanged are not applicable on personalised products due to the bespoke nature of the item. If you have any queries regarding this please email shop@bekind.pt

The shipping cost of the return must be paid by the customer. The responsibility of the package delivery is held upon the customer.
